Na Długim Targu w Gdańsku powstanie luksusowy hotel
Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza sfinalizowała sprzedaż dziesięciu zabytkowych kamienic. Poszukiwania inwestora trwały prawie dekadę.
– Inwestor zobowiązał się do odnowienia elewacji i rewitalizacji kamienic z najwyższą starannością – mówi Łukasz Żelewski, prezes zarządu Agencji Rozwoju Pomorza.
Nieruchomość naprzeciwko Dworu Artusa kupiła gdańska spółka Hotelsberg za ponad 48 mln zł. Powstanie tu hotel o wysokim standardzie, restauracja i kawiarnia z widokiem na fontannę Neptuna. Inwestycja będzie gotowa za około 3 lata. Polską spółkę wybrano spośród czterech oferentów. Zrewitalizowane kamienice mają być nową wizytówką Gdańska, a zmiana ich funkcji z biurowych na hotelowe jest odpowiedzią na zwiększający się ruch turystyczny i biznesowy w Trójmieście.
