Na 3 lata do więzienia pójdzie egzaminator z Gdyni skazany dziś w aferze korupcyjnej w Pomorskim Ośrodku Ruchu Drogowego. Wyrok wydał Sąd Okręgowy w Gdańsku.
To finał sprawy o której głośno zrobiło się w 2009 roku, gdy policjanci CBŚ zatrzymali egzaminatorów i pracowników PORD oraz instruktorów jazdy i kursantów. Głównym oskarżonym w tej sprawie był Wojciech K, który usłyszał dziś wyrok kary 3 lat więzienia i grzywny. Sąd uniewinnił go wprawdzie od kilkudziesięciu zarzutów, ale uznał że Wojciech K. przyjął około 50 łapówek za pozytywne załatwienie wyniku egzaminu na prawo jazdy. Były to kwoty rzędu kilkuset złotych. Mężczyzna pracował wtedy w gdyńskim oddziale PORD. Wyrok nie jest prawomocny.
W tej samej aferze oskarżonych zostało też 34 egzaminatorów, instruktorów i właścicieli szkół jazdy. Osobne postępowania wszczęto również wobec osób, które prawo jazdy kupiły.
