Kandydatów do Medalu Stolema można już zgłaszać do Klubu Studenckiego Pomorania. To jedna z najważniejszych nagród przyznawanych w ruchu kaszubskim. Pierwszy raz wręczono ją w 1967 roku. Medal otrzymują osoby, organizacje i instytucje, które w szczególny sposób popularyzują dorobek i osiągnięcia kultury Kaszub i Pomorza. Kandydatów do nagrody może zgłaszać każdy, o wyborze zaś decyduje Kapituła Medalu Stolema złożona z członków Klubu Studenckiego Pomorania. Rozpoczęta właśnie procedura przyjmowania zgłoszeń potrwa do 07 listopada.
David Shulist – potomek kaszubskich osadników w Kanadzie jest jednym z laureatów Medalu Stolema.
