Można już składać wnioski w programie „Za życiem” – informuje Urząd Miasta Gdyni.
To rządowy program wsparcia kobiet w ciąży i rodzin. Gdynianie, którzy chcą ubiegać się o wypłatę jednorazowego świadczenia, powinni przynosić kompletne dokumenty do pokoju 206 w siedzibie Urzędu przy ulicy 10 Lutego 24. Ustawa „Za życiem” obejmuje wsparciem dzieci już urodzone. O wypłatę 4 tys. złotych można ubiegać się w terminie 12 miesięcy od dnia urodzenia dziecka. Obejmuje ono teraz wszystkie dzieci urodzone od 2 stycznia 2016 roku, u których zdiagnozowano ciężkie i nieodwracalne upośledzenie albo nieuleczalną chorobę zagrażającą jego życiu, które powstały w prenatalnym okresie rozwoju dziecka lub w czasie porodu.
