Można jeszcze zgłaszać kandydatów do tytułu Zasłużony Człowiek Morza
Jeszcze przez tydzień zgłaszać można w Kosakowie kandydatów do tytułu „Zasłużony Człowiek Morza”. Wnioski przyjmuje Urząd Gminy. Tytułem i gwiazdą w Ogólnopolskiej Alei Zasłużonych Ludzi Morza w Rewie honorowane są osoby, które swoją postawą i pracą przysporzyły sławy Bałtykowi.
Wnioski o nadanie tytułu składać mogą samorządy i osoby prawne, których działalność statutowa związana jest z morzem. Decyzję podejmuje kapituła, zasiadają w niej m.in. marszałek województwa pomorskiego, dowódca marynarki wojennej RP oraz wójt gminy Kosakowo, Jerzy Włudzik – który przypomina, że tytułem uhonorować można wyłącznie osoby już nie żyjące. Kandydatury do tytułu „Zasłużony Człowiek Morza” wraz z pisemnym uzasadnieniem składać należy w Urzędzie Gminy Kosakowo do końca marca. Do 26 gwiazd w alei w Rewie kolejne trzy dołączą 17 czerwca.
