MODA NA KUCHNIĘ KASZUBSKĄ w CH Osowa | 16.03
Już 16 marca zapraszamy wszystkich miłośników kuchni kaszubskiej oraz tych, którzy uwielbiają poznawać nowe smaki, na wyjątkowe warsztaty kulinarne, które poprowadzi gość specjalny – Beata Śniechowska. Pod czujnym okiem zwyciężczyni drugiej edycji programu Master Chef, uczestnicy będą mogli sprawdzić się w roli profesjonalnych kucharzy w specjalnie zaaranżowanej strefie na terenie CH Osowa.
Warsztaty odbędą się w czterech turach, z czego dwie dedykowane są dzieciom wraz z rodzicami. W każdej turze warsztatów może wziąć udział 12 uczestników. Wszystkie pary będą przygotowywały zupę brukwiową po kaszubsku, a dodatkowo: dzieci plince kaszubskie, a dorośli śledzika po kaszubsku. Odbędzie się także pokaz kulinarny. Przygotowanym, wyjątkowym daniem – nowoczesną interpretacją słynnej potrawy Kaszub i Pomorza „FREKASE” będziemy częstować naszych Klientów. Uczestnicy warsztatów otrzymają fartuchy oraz czapki kucharskie, jak również dla każdej pary przewidziany jest upominek. Dodatkową atrakcją będą stosika jarmarkowe, na których będą wystawione specjały kaszubskich gospodyń wiejskich. Panie, podczas zmagań warsztatowych będą służyły radą uczestnikom.
Zaplanowaliśmy również specjalną strefę dla dzieci z wieloma atrakcjami.
