Młodzieżowa Rada Gminy powstanie w Chmielnie
Będą ją tworzyć między sobą gimnazjaliści – po czterech z każdej szkoły. Decyzje rady mają być opiniujące, Chcemy dać głos młodzieży i szerzyć ideę samorządności – tłumaczy wójt Jerzy Grzegorzewski. W ten sposób gmina może się też więcej dowiedzieć o potrzebach młodzieży.
Kadencja młodzieżowej rady w Chmielnie ma trwać dwa lata. Młodociani radni będą mogli inicjować działania społeczne, edukacyjne, kulturalne czy sportowe, będą też współpracować z organizacjami pozarządowymi. Wczoraj samorządowcy i przedstawiciele działających już rad młodzieżowych podzielili się doświadczeniami na pierwszym Kongresie Młodzieżowych Rad Pomorza w Gdańskiej Wyższej Szkole Humanistycznej.
