Wejherowska młodzież promowała swój powiat w Niemczech
Poznawali obce języki, kulturę i promowali powiat wejherowski – teraz zdali relację samorządowcom. Kilkudziesięciu uczniów prezentowało dziś władzom powiatu swoje projekty realizowane podczas letnich obozów w Niemczech.
– Sfinansowaliśmy te wyjazdy, bo to młodzież która jest wizytówką naszego powiatu – mówi wejherowska starosta, Gabriela Lisius.
– Na Międzynarodowe Spotkanie Młodzieży w Bremie, Warsztaty Sportowe w Brandeburgii i artystyczne zajęcia pod Berlinem pojechali w lipcu najzdolniejsi uczniowie z powiatowych szkół ponadgimnazjalnych – dodaje Mariola Błaszczuk z Powiatowego Zespołu Placówek Oświatowo-Wychowawczych w Wejherowie. Podczas pobytu w Niemczech uczniowie prezentowali m.in. kaszubskie zwyczaje i potrawy, pokazali także fotograficzno-filmowe relacje ze sportowego, kulturalnego i artystycznego życia w powiecie wejherowskim. Młodzież najbardziej chwaliła sobie możliwość nawiązania nowych kontaktów z kolegami z zagranicy. Wyjazdy młodzieży kosztowały wejherowskie starostwo ponad 18 tysięcy złotych, w sumie wzięło w nich udział 32. uczniów z powiatowych szkół ponadgimnazjalnych.
