Mieszkaniec Śmiechowa wypompował szambo na ulicę
W Wejherowie podczas ulewy ulicami oprócz deszczu spłynęły ścieki. Wylewał je jeden z mieszkańców dzielnicy Śmiechowo. Sprawą zajęła się wejherowska Straż Miejska.
Do sprawcy strażnicy trafili po… zapachu. Sprawdzali skutki ulewnego deszczu, odór wylewanego szamba doprowadził ich do właściciela posesji, który zawartość zbiornika wypompował na ulicę. Mieszkaniec Śmiechowa przyznał się do winy. Tłumaczył, że bał się wylania szamba po większych opadach deszczu. Straż Miejska w Wejherowie przypomina, że obowiązkiem właściciela nieruchomości jest zapewnienie systematycznego usuwania nieczystości ciekłych z urządzeń służących do ich gromadzenia oraz niedopuszczanie do ich przepełnienia.
Częstotliwość wywozu winna być adekwatna do zużycia wody i wielkości zbiornika. Ponadto właściciel obowiązany jest zawrzeć umowę na wywóz takich nieczystości z uprawnionym przedsiębiorstwem wywozowym. Za nieprzestrzeganie tych przepisów grozi kara grzywny do 5 tys. złotych.
