Mieszkańcy powiatu kartuskiego hojnie wsparli hospicjum
Prawie 80 tys. zł udało się zebrać podczas tegorocznych „Pól nadziei”.
– Gdyby nie pomoc w ramach „Pół Nadziei”, hospicjum nie byłoby w stanie zająć się wszystkimi w potrzebie – mówi koordynator akcji ks. Łukasz Delewski.
Trzystu wolontariuszy zbierało w niedzielę datki na utrzymanie kartuskiego Hospicjum Domowego Caritas, pod którego opieką jest ponad 20 terminalnie chorych. Kontrakt z NFZ zabezpiecza środki na zaopatrzenie 11 pacjentów. W ubiegłym roku zebrana kwota była o kilka tysięcy złotych niższa, to pokazuje że mieszkańcy powiatu kartuskiego są coraz bardziej skorzy do udzielania pomocy. Hospicjum w Kartuzach liczy też na wpływy z jednego procenta podatku, który można przekazywać rozliczając się z fiskusem.
