Miasto Rumia sfinansowało zarybienie Zagórskiej Strugi
Prawie 1,5 tysiąca sztuk pstrąga potokowego zostało wpuszczonych do Zagórskiej Strugi w Rumi. Zarybianie rzeki realizowane jest cyklicznie, wiosną lub latem, od lat dziewięćdziesiątych XX wieku.
W inicjatywę zaangażowane jest rumskie koło Polskiego Związku Wędkarskiego oraz Urząd Miasta. Ryby pochodzą z lokalnej hodowli, która jako jedyna znajduje się na cieku. Co oznacza, że wypuszczone na wolność drapieżniki od początku chowu przebywały w wodach Zagórskiej Strugi. To znacznie ułatwi rybom aklimatyzację. Miasto przypomina, że w wodach, będących w użytkowaniu Polskiego Związku Wędkarskiego obowiązują regulacje, dotyczące ochrony pstrąga potokowego. Osoby nielegalnie poławiające ryby, w zależności od ich wartości, popełniają wykroczenie lub przestępstwo.
