Mandaty za blokowanie inwalidów na parkingu w Wejherowie
Już dziewięć postępowań w sprawie parkowania na miejscach dla inwalidów w Wejherowie prowadzi od nowego roku tamtejsza Straż Miejska.
Chodzi szczególnie o nowy parking przy ulicy Roszczynialskiego – zmodernizowany plac, który pomieści nawet 300 pojazdów oddano do użytku pod koniec października ubiegłego roku. O wydzielonych miejscach dla inwalidów informuje ostrzegawczy znak pionowy i znaki poziome. – Kierowcy się do nich nie stosują i parkują miejscach przeznaczonych dla inwalidy – informuje na swojej stronie internetowej Straż Miejska w Wejherowie. Za takie parkowanie grozi kara 500-t złotych mandatu i 5 punktów karnych. Jeśli kierowca posłuży się kartą parkingową nie należącą do niego, grzywna może wynieść 800 złotych. Od nowego roku wejherowscy strażnicy prowadzą czynności wyjaśniające w dziewięciu sprawach związanych z parkowaniem w miejscach przeznaczonych dla inwalidów. W ubiegłym roku było tych spraw około 300-u.
