Budziciela Kaszubów i twórcę ruchu kaszubskiego – postać Floriana Ceynowy przypominano w sobotę we Władysławowie podczas obchodów Dnia Jedności Kaszubów. Do zapoznania się z sylwetką uczonego zachęcano dzieci i młodzież podczas warsztatów plastycznych – wspólnego pomysłu Stowarzyszenia Kaszëbskô Jednota i pracowni artystycznej Farwa.
Wybrał się na nie także Marcin Szczepański. Pamięć Floriana Ceynowy uczcili też biegacze. Po zakończeniu głównego Biegu Jedności Kaszubów trzech najwytrwalszych zawodników wzięło udział w półmaratonie. Pobiegli z Władysławowa do Sławoszyna, by złożyć kwiaty pod tablicą upamiętniającą doktora Ceynowę.
