ŁAPALICE: Koniec marzeń o dokończeniu zamku
To już chyba koniec marzeń o dokończeniu okazałego zamku w Łapalicach koło Kartuz.
Co dalej z okazałym i tajemniczym zamkiem w Łapalicach koło Kartuz? Jak donosi Dziennik Bałtycki powiatowy inspektor nadzoru budowlanego wydał decyzję o zaniechaniu dalszych robót. Od decyzji nie odwołały się strony postępowania, w tym inwestor. Wygląda więc na to, że obiekt już nigdy nie zostanie dokończony. Ciesząca się nieustannym zainteresowaniem turystów budowla powstała w latach 80-tych. W dokumentach najpierw była „pracownią artystyczną”, a potem „pensjonatem”. Rzeczywista powierzchnia zamku to aż 5 tysięcy metrów kwadratowych. W skład kompleksu wchodzi między innymi wielka sala balowa, pod którą znajduje basen, budynki zwieńczone 12 wieżyczkami, parking i sztuczny staw. Inwestorem jest znany gdański producent mebli i rzeźbiarz Piotr Kazimierczak. Pomysłodawca zamku przetrwał dwa bankructwa oraz powódź z 2001 roku, która nie pozwoliła mu na dokończenie budowli. Do tego inwestycja wciąż napotykała problemy administracyjne. Ostatecznie inspektor nadzoru budowlanego w Kartuzach podjął niedawno decyzję o zaniechaniu dalszych robót.
