– W ubiegłym roku zebrano środki na odnowienie grobu honorowej obywatelki miasta Joanny Wendlikowskiej. Podobnie będzie w tym roku – zapowiada jeden z organizatorów kwesty Jan Dittrich.
Po raz trzeci będą kwestować na kościerskim cmentarzu, by odrestaurować zabytkowe i zapomniane pomniki zasłużonych mieszkańców Kościerzyny. Kwestuje grupa miłośników i pasjonatów historii, której w ubiegłych latach udało się zebrać po 5 tysięcy złotych. Dzięki tym środkom w 2012 roku odrestaurowano pomnik Walerego Ambrogowicza, który fundował naukę i działalność między innymi Młodokaszubów i Aleksandra Majkowskiego. Kwesta odbędzie się 1 listopada na cmentarzu w Kościerzynie od godziny 10 do 14.
