„Kuchnia z ikrą” najlepszym produktem wspieranym przez LGR
„Kuchnia z ikrą” najlepsza w Europie – została uznana za najlepszy projekt społeczny wśród wspieranych przez lokalne grupy rybackie, przy unijnym wsparciu.
– Docenione przez Komisję Europejską przedsięwzięcie to wspólny projekt Lokalnej Grupy Rybackiej „Kaszuby” oraz Północnokaszubskiej Lokalnej Grupy Rybackiej. To ogromny sukces – mówi Daniel Lessnau z PLGR.
W jego ramach uczniowie klas gastronomicznych z Władysławowa, Kłanina, Pucka, Somonina, Przodkowa i Sierakowic uczyli się przyrządzać potrawy z ryb pod okiem najlepszych kucharzy w Polsce. Zanim jednak przystąpili do warsztatów mogli z pierwszej ręki dowiedzieć się co się dzieje z rybą od jej wyłowienia do momentu podania konsumentowi. Zwieńczeniem projektu było wydanie książki z przepisami opracowanymi przez uczniów pod okiem m. in. Krzysztofa Szulborskiego i Andrzeja Ławniczaka ze Stowarzyszenia Kucharzy Polskich. Projekty europejskich lokalnych grup rybackich wyróżniono w ośmiu kategoriach. Wśród najlepszych znalazły się dwa z Polski. Oprócz „Kuchni z Ikrą” także dofinansowany za pośrednictwem LGR Pojezierze Bytowskie projekt zrealizowany przez firmę Aquamar, dotyczący nowej metody rekultywacji wód.
