Książka ”Król Kaszubów Karol Krefft” już dostępna na rynku wydawniczym. Historię tego nietuzinkowego działacza spisał Eugeniusz Pryczkowski. Przedstawia w nim człowieka, który założył podwaliny kaszubskiego ruchu studenckiego – zakładając na przedwojennym Uniwersytecie Warszawskim korporację Cassubia. Krefft był też założycielem oddziału Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego w Żukowie, Chwaszczynie i Chmielnie, działał jako starosta kartuski. Nękany przez PRL-owskie władze wycofał się z życia społecznego i skupił na twórczości literackiej. Opisywał autor Eugeniusz Pryczkowski na promocji dzieła w Żukowie – gdzie Karol Krefft mieszkał i gdzie spoczywa, a pamięć o nim jest szczególnie hołubiona.
