Ksiądz prałat Marian Szczepiński odchodzi na emeryturę
Dzięki niemu Kościerzyna znana jest jako jedyna parafia w Europie, w której są dwa sanktuaria maryjne poświęcone koronami papieskimi. To ksiądz prałat Marian Szczepiński, który po 25 latach pracy odchodzi na emeryturę.
Wczoraj za jego pracę podziękowały mu władze samorządowe, kościelne i parafianie. Podczas uroczystości w sali widowiskowej imienia Lubomira Szopińskiego przypomniano główne dokonania księdza prałata i złożono podziękowania. Ksiądz prałat Marian Szczepiński sam poprosił o emeryturę, 5 lat wcześniej niż przewiduje kodeks prawa kanonicznego. W planach ma m.in. głoszenie katechez i warsztatów dla małżeństw i rodzin dla Polonii z Wielkiej Brytanii.
