Bioetyk – Pontifexem. Dyrektor puckiego hospicjum ksiądz Jan Kaczkowski laureatem nagrody „Pontifici” – Budowniczemu Mostów. Przyznaje ją Klub Inteligencji Katolickiej osobie, która całym swoim życiem ukazuje wartości dobra wspólnego, dialogu i poświęcenia na rzecz bliźnich. Ksiądz Kaczkowski jest pomysłodawcą utworzenia domowego hospicjum w Pucku, to dzięki jego staraniom ta placówka 5 lat temu powstała, utrzymuje się a nawet ma być rozbudowana by udzielać pomocy większej liczbie chorych. Ksiądz Kaczkowski jest też współorganizatorem Areopagu Etycznego – na którym od 7 lat młodzi medycy uczą się etycznego wymiaru pracy lekarza. Honorowy obywatel Pucka, odznaczony przez prezydenta RP Krzyżem Kawalerskim Orderu Odrodzenia Polski i nagrodą Ślad im. Biskupa Jana Chrapka – nie kryje wzruszenia z otrzymania tytułu „Pontifexa 2014”. Ks. Jan pomimo że mierzy się z własną, śmiertelną chorobą – dalej aktywnie działa. W kierowanym przez niego hospicjum podsumowano już kwestę przeprowadzoną przez Wszystkich Świętych.
