Kradł elektronarzędzia z domów w budowie w powiecie kartuskim
Kartuska policja zatrzymała 56-latka, który w sierpniu i wrześniu włamał się do trzech domów w budowie, skąd ukradł m. in. elektronarzędzia. Za popełnione przestępstwo usłyszał już zarzut, a sąd zastosował wobec niego areszt tymczasowy na okres 3 miesięcy.
– Funkcjonariusze odzyskali również większość skradzionych rzeczy, a także zabezpieczyli przedmioty, które najprawdopodobniej pochodzą z innych przestępstw – mówi rzecznik prasowy kartuskiej policji Magdalena Formela.
Zebrany w sprawie materiał dowodowy pozwolił na przedstawienie 56-latkowi zarzutu kradzieży z włamaniem. Przesłuchał go prokurator, a wczoraj sąd zastosował wobec niego areszt tymczasowy na okres trzech miesięcy. Za kradzież z włamaniem grozi do 10 lat pozbawienia wolności.
