Kościerzyna przymierza się do modernizacji miejskiej kotłowni
2 mln zł na modernizację miejskiej kotłowni przeznaczą jeszcze w tym roku z budżetu miasta władze Kościerzyny. Ma to zapewnić bezpieczeństwo i stałość dostaw ciepła do mieszkańców.
– W tym roku dołożymy 2 mln złotych – zapowiada burmistrz Michał Majewski.
Zarządzająca kotłownią spółka Kos-Eko ma w planach budowę dwóch nowych kotłów węglowych o mocy 6 MW. Realizacja inwestycji ma być rozłożona na kilka najbliższych lat. W 2018 i 2019 roku miasto dołoży do modernizacji kotłowni kolejne 2 mln złotych. Spółka Kos-Eko dostarcza już ciepło do 56 procent mieszkańców miasta i dysponuje 28 kilometrami sieci ciepłowniczej w mieście.
