KOŚCIERZYNA: Mieszkańcy współdecydują o miejskich wydatkach
Już w ponad 20 miastach w Polsce mieszkańcy współdecydują o miejskich wydatkach. Podobnie jest w Kościerzynie. Władze analizują właśnie wnioski mieszkańców. To nowy trend w naszej demokracji. Samorządy część budżetu przeznaczają na zadania wybrane przez samych mieszkańców. Ci- tak jak w przypadku Kościerzyny – składali swoje ankiety a także brali udział w spotkaniach informacyjnych z burmistrzem miasta. Na tak zwany budżet obywatelski przeznaczono w Kościerzynie 240 tysięcy złotych. Wszystkie złożone propozycje mieszkańców kosztowałyby jednak kilka razy więcej – mówi wiceburmistrz Ewa Aleksandrowicz. Gotowy projekt budżetu Kościerzyny poznamy w połowie listopada.
