Komunikacja miejska w Kościerzynie będzie darmowa. To nowy pomysł urzędującego od grudnia burmistrza Michała Majewskiego. Miasto do przewozów miejskich dopłaci w tym roku 300 tysięcy złotych, o 40 tysięcy więcej niż w roku ubiegłym.
Komunikacja miejska na terenie Kościerzyny realizowana jest przez firmę PKS Starogard Gdański, a autobusy jeżdżą na 3 liniach od poniedziałku do niedzieli. Darmowymi biletami chcemy zachęcić mieszkańców do korzystania z komunikacji miejskiej – mówi burmistrz Michał Majewski. Darmowe bilety na komunikację miejską mają zacząć obowiązywać od kwietnia.
