Pracują nad programem przeciwdziałania przemocy w rodzinie
Na konstruktywne pomysły i świeże spojrzenie czekają w wejherowskim Powiatowym Centrum Pomocy Rodzinie. W najbliższych dniach do społecznych konsultacji trafi nowo opracowany Powiatowy Program Przeciwdziałania Przemocy w Rodzinie.
– Od 16 listopada czekamy na sugestie społeczników i liczymy na duży odzew – mówi dyrektor wejherowskiego PCPR Iwona Romanowska.
Program opracowała wyznaczona przez zarząd powiatu komisja złożona m. in. z pracowników opieki społecznej, przedstawicieli służby zdrowia i policji. Teraz, zgodnie z ustawą o przeciwdziałaniu przemocy w rodzinie, projekt musi zostać oddany do konsultacji społecznych z pozarządowymi organizacjami. Podczas tworzenia programu sięgnięto po sprawdzone już środki, m. in. akcje edukacyjne czy zajęcia z panowania nad agresją dla sprawców przemocy. Pojawiły się także nowe pomysły, jak plany utworzenia powiatowego ośrodka wsparcia dla pokrzywdzonych z unijnych funduszy, a także rozszerzenie działań na obszary wiejskie. – Chcielibyśmy zmienić mentalność na wsiach, gdzie problem przemocy domowej wciąż jest tematem tabu – mówi Iwona Romanowska.
Konsultacje potrwają do 7 grudnia, a nowy program przeciwdziałania przemocy domowej wejdzie w życie 1 stycznia przyszłego roku i będzie obowiązywał przez najbliższe 4 lata.
