Koniec śledztwa w sprawie osuwiska na Kamiennej Górze w Gdyni
Doszło do niego w wyniku zaistnienia niezależnych zdarzeń rozciągniętych w czasie – wynika z materiału zebranego przez gdańską prokuraturę. W lutym zeszłego roku skarpa osunęła się na parter kamienicy przy ulicy Sędzickiego 22 zalewając go błotem, a na ulicy Sienkiewicza powstała wyrwa w asfalcie, odsłaniająca podziemne instalacje, w tym gazociąg.
Ewakuowane z budynku osoby wróciły doń, gdy okazało się że konstrukcja nie została naruszona i po usunięciu mas ziemi. Drogę odbudowano w lipcu tego roku. Postępowanie w sprawie osuwiska prowadziła gdańska prokuratura. Jej zdaniem „niemożliwym jest przypisanie jakiejkolwiek osobie winy, za przedmiotowe zdarzenie.” Jak ustalili biegli, przyczyny były cztery – w tym ulewa z lutego. Żadna nich bez wystąpienia pozostałych nie spowodowałaby osunięcia się ziemi. Śledztwo dotyczyło także sprawy niedopełnienia w Gdyni i Gdańsku obowiązków służbowych przez urzędników uczestniczących w postępowaniach administracyjnych inwestycji budowlanej przy ulicy Kasprowicza 25. Prokuratura nie dopatrzyła się nieprawidłowości ani w działaniach Miejskiego Konserwatora Zabytków i Powiatowego Inspektora Nadzoru Budowlanego w Gdyni, ani w działaniach Wojewódzkiego Inspektora Nadzoru Budowlanego.
