Można już korzystać z ulicy Derdowskiego w Kosakowie
Kierowcy mogą już korzystać z ulicy Derdowskiego w Kosakowie. Przez najbliższe dwa tygodnie ruch na nowym rondzie będzie jeszcze regulowany sygnalizacją świetlną.
Dopuszczenie przejezdności nie oznacza jeszcze zakończenia tej inwestycji. Do końca maja przyszłego roku zostanie wykonana ścieżka rowerowa, pobocze, a także wybudowane połączenie drogowe ulicy Kościuszki z ulicą Derdowskiego. Zaplanowano również budowę drogi serwisowej do obsługi obiektów handlowych. Zjazdy na tę drogę wybuduje inwestor prywatny we własnym zakresie. Zarówno skrzyżowanie ulicy Żeromskiego i Derdowskiego, jak i ulica Derdowskiego zostały wyposażone w nowoczesne energooszczędne oświetlenie lampami typu LED. Gmina Kosakowo zgłosiła również w Zarządzie Dróg i Zieleni Gdynia potrzebę dostosowania sygnalizacji świetlnej przy galerii handlowej Szperk do nowych potrzeb komunikacji. Wzdłuż ulicy Derdowskiego zabroniony jest ruch pieszy, niemożliwe jest również do maja korzystanie ze ścieżki rowerowej. Inwestycja zrealizowana za ponad 9 mln zł dofinansowana została z Narodowego Programu Dróg Lokalnych kwotą 3 mnl zł.
