Koniec awarii przepompowni na Ołowiance, ścieki nie płyną już do Motławy – poinformował samorząd miasta Gdańska. Uruchomiono drugą pompę, także dzięki silnikowi sprowadzonemu z Holandii.
Trzeba było na niego czekać dobę dłużej, bo wymagał przeprowadzenia przez producenta pewnych modyfikacji. W tej chwili Przepompownia Ścieków na Ołowiance pracuje pełną mocą – nieczystości płyną do Oczyszczalni Wschód. Jednak nadal prowadzone są prace nad przywróceniem sprawności dwóch pomp zapasowych. Trzy zalane w czasie awarii silniki elektryczne zostały oddane do przezwojenia w specjalistycznej firmie. Czwarty – jest naprawiany w Gdańsku. W nocy nie było już dodatkowych zgłoszeń o podtopieniach cofającymi się ściekami. Obecnie wiadomo o zalaniach w 40 kamienicach, głównie na Dolnym Mieście. Poziom zanieczyszczeń wynosi od 5 do 50 cm. 6 ekip stale odpompowuje ścieki. Sanepid poinformował, że dotychczasowe wyniki badań stanu wód nie wykazały przekroczeń norm czystości.
