Konferencja poświęcona Janowi Trepczykowi w Wejherowie
W Wejherowie za dwie godziny rozpocznie się konferencja poświęcona Janowi Trepczykowi. W rym roku przypada 110 rocznica jego urodzin, spotkanie w Muzeum Piśmiennictwa i Muzyki Kaszubsko – Pomorskiej jest pierwszym z wydarzeń mu poświęconych w tym roku.
– Jan Trepczyk zasłużył się zarówno dla tej imprezy jak i dla naszej placówki – przypomina dyrektor wejherowskiego muzeum Tomasz Fopke.
Jan Trepczyk to jeden z najwybitniejszych poetów i pieśniarzy kaszubskich, był też pedagogiem, działaczem, autorem słownika polsko – kaszubskiego. Wszystkie te jego twarze zaprezentują prelegenci, konferencja poprzedza rozpoczynający się dziś Ogólnopolski Festiwal Pieśni o Morzu.
Konferencja poświęcona Janowi Trepczykowi rozpocznie się o godzinie 10:00 w wejherowskim muzeum i potrwa do 16:00. Dwie godziny później – o 18:00 – paradą chórów z Placu Jakuba Wejhera rozpocznie się Ogólnopolski Festiwal Pieśni o Morzu.
