W imieniu organizatorów serdecznie zapraszamy na Konferencję pt. „Wołowina szansą dla Pomorza”, która odbędzie się dnia 04.02.2016 r. w Kościerzynie w Sali im. Lubomira Szopińskiego Kino REMUS, ul. 3 maja 9.
Jest to kolejna edycja konferencji dedykowanej osobom zainteresowanym hodowlą bydła mięsnego i produkcją mięsa wołowego wysokiej jakości.
W tym roku prelegentem jest między innymi prof. dr hab. inż. Roman Łyszczarz z Uniwersytetu Technologiczno-Przyrodniczego w Bydgoszczy, który wygłosi referat na temat „Sposoby renowacji zbiorowisk łąkowo-pastwiskowych oraz ich wartość rolnicza”.
Dodatkowo przewidziane jest wystąpienie Pana Wojciecha Etmańskiego, Prezesa Grupy Producentów Rolnych „Wołowina Pomorska”, który omówi zasady wstąpienia, obecne plany i działania grupy.
Oprócz części szkoleniowo-wykładowej odbędzie się też panel dyskusyjny, na którym zebrani będą mieli możliwość podzielić się zdobytą wiedzą, wymienić doświadczenia, opinie i poglądy. Poruszane będą najważniejsze zagadnienia dotyczące aktualności w hodowli oraz cech jakościowych wołowiny, a także elementów warunkujących jakość produkcji.
Po konferencji zaplanowane jest walne zebranie członków Polski Związek Hodowców i Producentów Bydła Mięsnego.
