Komunikacja miejska dla dzieci i uczniów w Gdyni za darmo
Dzieci i uczniowie w Gdyni będą bezpłatnie korzystać z komunikacji miejskiej – zdecydowała Rada Miasta. Tym samym Gdynia jako pierwsza wywiązała się z obietnicy złożonej w lutym także przez burmistrza Rumi i prezydenta Sopotu.
Zgodnie z zapowiedzią bezpłatne przejazdy będą obowiązywać od 01 czerwca. W Gdyni to kontynuacja polityki prorodzinnej, bo miasto jako pierwsze w Polsce wprowadziło w 2008 roku bezpłatny bilet dla rodzin wielodzietnych. Teraz bezpłatnie trolejbusami i autobusami ZKM będą się poruszać niepełnosprawne dzieci i uczniowie do 20 roku życia zamieszkali w Gdyni – na terenie miasta oraz oraz liniami 105 i 305 do przystanku Kosakowo-Cmentarz. Bez ponoszenia opłat pojadą też dzieci do lat siedmiu niezależnie od miejsca ich zamieszkania. Szacuje się, że te zmiany będą kosztować budżet Gdyni około sześciu mln zł. Analogiczne uprawnienia dla dzieci – jak poinformował serwis prasowy miasta – zostaną wprowadzone na wnioski gmin, z którymi Gdynia zawarła porozumienia dotyczących lokalnego transportu zbiorowego. Są to: Sopot, Rumia, Żukowo, Kosakowo i Szemud. Oprócz prezentu dla dzieci na Dzień Dziecka w Gdyni obniżono też ceny biletów jednogodzinnych na wszystkich liniach. O 60 gr potanieje bilet normalny i będzie kosztował 4 zł i 20 groszy. Za ulgowy trzeba będzie zapłacić 2 zł 10 groszy, czyli o 30 gr mniej.
