Kolosy w Gdyni – największa podróżnicza impreza w Europie
W Gdyni rozpoczęła się największa podróżnicza impreza w Europie – Ogólnopolskie Spotkania Podróżników, Żeglarzy i Alpinistów. To ich 20 edycja. Do niedzieli wieczór odbędzie się blisko sto prezentacji, pokazów zdjęć oraz filmów.
W hali Gdynia Arena i salach Centrum Konferencyjnego Pomorskiego Parku Naukowo-Technologicznego przed widzami wystąpią światowej sławy podróżnicy oraz ci, którzy swoje przygody globtroterskie dopiero rozpoczynają. Piątek to dzień fotoplastykonu, podróży i wyczynu. Sobotnie prezentacje tradycyjnie rozpoczną się od prelekcji żeglarskich, będą też opowieści m.in. z wypraw wysokogórskich i eksploracji jaskiń. Niedzielę zdominują wyprawy rowerowe. Z okazji 20 rocznicy będzie też miniprzegląd prelekcji zarejestrowanych w Gdyni w ubiegłych latach.
Zwieńczeniem imprezy tradycyjnie będzie wręczenie Kolosów – statuetek za podróżnicze dokonania roku. Ponadto codziennie premiery książek i spotkania z ich autorami, salony: mediów podróżniczych, sprzętu outdoorowego, wystawa FotoGlob i warsztaty. Wstęp na wszystkie wydarzenia jest bezpłatny.
