KJ podsumowuje „Rok języka kaszubskiego w przestrzeni publicznej”
Wprowadzenie kaszubskich nazw przystanków w wejherowskich autobusach to możliwość dotarcia do tysięcy odbiorców i największy sukces „Roku języka kaszubskiego w przestrzeni publicznej” – ocenia Stowarzyszenie Kaszëbskô Jednota. Działania podsumowano na gali połączonej z finałem Kaszubskiego Idola 2016 w Wejherowie.
– Na apel pozytywnie odpowiedział tylko wejherowski MZK, ale współpraca okazała się owocna – mówi prezes Stowarzyszenia Kaszëbskô Jednota Karol Rhode.
Pomysł by zachęcić instytucje czy firmy do aktywnej promocji języka kaszubskiego narodził się przy okazji Dnia Jedności Kaszubów – gdy KJ wystąpiło z prośbą do pomorskich przewoźników o wprowadzenie 19 marca zapowiedzi przystanków w języku kaszubskim – dodaje Artur Jabłoński z KJ. Język kaszubski jest teraz codziennie obecny w autobusach Miejskiego Zakładu Komunikacji w Wejherowie. Zapowiedzi przystanków w rodnej mowie słuchają pasażerowie od Luzina po Rumię, za co podziękowania odebrał prezes MZK Czesław Kordel. Wejherowski MZK znalazł się w dziesiątce najbardziej zaangażowanych uczestników akcji, którym KJ uroczyście dziękował podczas wejherowskiej gali. W akcję włączył się np. gdyński PKS umieszczając kaszubskie nazwy miejscowości we wiatach, a także hotele, restauracje i sklepy. Kaszëbskô Jednota nie spocznie na laurach – trwają rozmowy m.in. z Przewozami Autokarowymi „Gryf Kartuzy” czy Parkiem Edukacyjnym Zoo-Egzotyczne z Tuchlina.
