Kiszenie w Skansenie w Nadolu w gminie Gniewino
Kiszonymi ogórkami, kapustą i innymi specjałami – zajadano się w Nadolu w gminie Gniewino. Na dorocznym Kiszeniu w Skansenie pojawiło się wielu chętnych do skosztowania smakołyków.
Niedzielny festyn był jednym z wydarzeń otwierających dwunaste Dni Kultury Powiatu Wejherowskiego. Niekwestionowanymi gwiazdami w Nadolu były kapusta i ogórki,ale jak się okazało kisić można niemal wszystko, a kiszonki są kluczowym składnikiem wielu potraw – znajdziemy je na przykład w chlebie, nie obejdzie się bez nich dobry bigos . Jak podkreślały panie z kół gospodyń wiejskich kiszonki to potrawy trwałe i zdrowe, a dobrze je przyrządzić to prawdziwa sztuka – dodawał Mirosław Kuklik, dyrektor Muzeum Ziemi Puckiej, które organizowało festyn. Dodaje wejherowska starosta, Gabriela Lisius. Dni Powiatu Wejherowskiego potrwają do końca tygodnia. Podczas nich będzie można wziąć udział w wielu konkursach i koncertach organizowanych na terenie powiatu.
