Kierownik schroniska dla bezdomnych i niepełnosprawnych w Baninie w powiecie kartuskim aresztowany. Prokuratura postawiła 55-letniemu mężczyźnie trzy zarzuty przeciwko wolności seksualnej na szkodę osób dorosłych i małoletniej poniżej 15 roku życia.
– Podejrzany został przesłuchany i zastosowano wobec niego środek zapobiegawczy w postaci tymczasowego aresztu – informuje zastępca prokuratora rejonowego w Kartuzach Anna Grzech.
Według śledczych, oskarżony miał wielokrotnie gwałcić przebywające w placówce kobiety oraz molestować dziewczynkę. Mężczyzna próbował uciec, gdy okazało się że szuka go policja. Został zatrzymany w Katowicach. Oskarżony jest wiceprezesem stowarzyszenia, które podobne placówki dla bezdomnych i niepełnosprawnych prowadzi też Kolbudach i Lublewie.
