„Kaszuby zawsze w smak” – pomysłem na wydłużenie sezonu turystycznego
Kaszuby zawsze w smak – to przewodnik kulinarny, który ma zachęcać turystów do wizyty u nas także poza latem. Zaprezentowano go w gdyńskiej Hali Targowej.
Przewodnik jest pomysłem Metropolitalnego Forum Wójtów, Burmistrzów, Prezydentów i Starostów NORDA na przedłużenie sezonu. W folderze i aplikacji mobilnej znajdziemy informacje o charakterystycznych dla Kaszub potrawach – jak blutka, leberka, frikase czy pomuchle przyrządzane na różne sposoby. Dowiemy się z niego więcej o miejscach, gdzie smakują najlepiej oraz jakich imprez w ciągu roku smakosze nie powinni opuścić.
Na promocji przewodnika w Gdyni głównymi bohaterami byli restauratorzy, szefowie kuchni i przedstawicielki kół gospodyń wiejskich. Zjechali m.in. z Luzina, Kąpina, Gniewina czy Helu by zaprezentować swoje specjały. Kosztowała ich m. in. wiceprezydent Gdyni Katarzyna Gruszecka-Spychała – podkreślała że kuchnia kaszubska ma ogromny potencjał promocyjny. Przewodnik kulinarny w formie papierowej dostępny jest w informacjach turystycznych poszczególnych gmin Forum Norda oraz w Gdyni przy 10 Lutego 24.
