KASZUBY: weekend pełen dożynek
Rozpoczynamy weekend dożynek – w niedzielę dziękować za plony będą między innymi rolnicy z Pucka, Luzina, Wejherowa, Sierakowic, Stężycy, Przodkowa czy Kartuz.
Święto plonów to tradycyjna impreza, na którą zaproszony może czuć się każdy, mają być właśnie podziękowaniem za zbiory i symbolicznym końcem najcięższego okresu prac polowych. Czy w tym roku jest za co dziękować, zapytaliśmy rolnika z Gapowa w gminie Stężyca, Wojciecha Tuska.
Dożynki organizuje niemal każda gmina na Kaszubach. To dla nas ważna uroczystość – mówi wójt gminy Puck, Tadeusz Puszkarczuk.
Dożynki rozpoczynają się najczęściej około południa, uroczystą mszą świętą w kościele. Po niej zwykle prezentują się wieńce dożynkowe, noszone w barwnym korowodzie, a później imprezom towarzyszą koncerty – w gminie Puck jest to na przykład recital piosenek Anny German oraz występ Weroniki Korthals, dożynki odbędą się w Celbowie.
