Jutro rozpoczyna się II Festiwal Żurawiny
„Kaszubska żurawina. Sięgnij po zdrowie” pod tym hasłem jutro w Kościerzynie rozpoczyna się II Festiwal Żurawiny – owocu, który obok truskawki staje się drugą ekologiczną i smakową marką środkowych Kaszub.
– To najzdrowszy owoc dla organizmu, dlatego musimy go promować – zachęca organizatorka Festiwalu Halina Rogińska.
Organizatorem spotkania jest Kaszubskie Stowarzyszenie Agroturystyczne „Kościerska chata”, które promuje żurawinę jako produkt kulinarny i zdrowotny. Rośliny te rosną w kaszubskich lasach na bagnach. Wykorzystywane są do produkcji leków, kosmetyków i dodatków kulinarnych. Konferencja w ramach 2. Festiwalu Żurawiny rozpocznie się jutro o godzinie 10 w sali widowiskowej imienia Lubomira Szopińskiego w Kościerzynie. Podczas drugiego dnia Festiwalu – w sobotę na rynku miasta odbędzie się festyn kulinarno-artystyczny, gdzie będzie można spróbować potraw i zakupić żurawinę.
