Kaszubi mistrzami Polski w nordic walking. To drużyna kijkarzy z Dziemian, która zdobyła podium na finale Pucharu Polski w Gdańsku oraz Mistrzostwach Polski w Osielsku. Chodzenie z kijkami, traktowane kiedyś jako tylko rekreacja, coraz częściej staje się elementem sportowej rywalizacji. Zawody odbywają się prawie co weekend w wielu miejscach Polski. Od tego lata biorą w nich udział mieszkańcy Dziemian, którzy zrzeszeni są w nieformalnym klubie nordic walking. Trenują 2 razy w tygodniu pod okiem trenerki Joanny Stopy. W Dziemianach z kijkami regularnie chodzi już ponad 50 osób. Zajęcia odbywają się co tydzień w poniedziałek i piątek. Już w ten weekend drużyna rywalizować będzie podczas jednego z ostatnich etapów Pucharu Bałtyku w Ścięgnicy. Życzymy powodzenia.
