KARTUZY: Podsumowano akcję na drogach po ataku Ksawerego
250 tysięcy wydała gmina Kartuzy na oczyszczanie dróg na początku grudnia – podsumowano tam akcję na drogach po ataku orkanu Ksawerego. Prawie 100 tysięcy zł to koszty odśnieżania w samych Kartuzach. Z kolei doprowadzenie do standardów użytkowania 234 kilometrów dróg w sołectwach kosztowało około 150 tysięcy. W sumie to więcej niż samorząd wydaje w zimie na drogi przez dwa miesiące – koszty mieszczą się wtedy w granicach 150 – 200 tysięcy. Doprowadzenie dróg do stanu użytkowania po śnieżycy i czterodniowej wichurze pochłonęło 40% całego budżetu przeznaczonego na sezon zimowy 2013/14. Wyjaśniał Andrzej Skrobotowicz z Urzędu Gminy Kartuzy. W całej Polsce straty spowodowane przez Ksawerego i usuwanie szkód resort infrastruktury i rozwoju wycenił na prawie 56 milionów złotych. Prawie 33 miliony to straty gospodarki morskiej. Generalna Dyrekcja Dróg Krajowych i Autostrad wydała 16 i pół miliona, a PKP prawie 5 milionów.
