Jest kolejna płyta z cyklu Muzyka Kaszub
Od punka, przez folk po new age – 27 nowych aranżacji starych kaszubskich pieśni znalazło się na kolejnej płycie z cyklu Muzyka Kaszub. To owoc corocznego bytowskiego festiwalu Cassubia Cantat, który z coraz większym powodzeniem odbywa się już od trzech lat. Co roku artyści, w oparciu o stare kaszubskie pieśni ze zbiorów fonograficznych Instytutu Sztuki Polskiej Akademii Nauk, komponują zupełnie nowe aranżacje. – Bo taki też jest cel projektu – przywracanie zapomnianych pieśni do funkcjonowania we współczesnym kaszubskim świecie muzycznym – mówi pomysłodawca projektu Jaromir Szroeder. Płyta Cassubia Cantat nie jest na sprzedaż. Zainteresowani mogą ją odebrać za darmo w bytowskim zamku. Tymczasem organizatorzy zapowiadają już kolejną edycję festiwalu, który odbędzie się jesienią.
