Jak praktycznie podjąć wyzwania RODO?
Nowa propozycja kierunku studiów podyplomowych opracowana przez uczelnię i ARP
Współpraca nauki i biznesu zaowocowała studiami podyplomowymi, które są odpowiedzią na obowiązki związane z RODO z jakimi mierzą się dziś nie tylko przedsiębiorcy. Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza wraz z Kaszubsko-Pomorską Szkołą Wyższą podpisała porozumienie o współpracy, którego pierwszym efektem jest uruchomienie podyplomowego kierunku „Ochrona Danych Osobowych w praktyce”. Wykorzystano wiedzę akademicką i praktyczne doświadczenie obu instytucji i powstał program zapewniający zdobycie szerokich kwalifikacji osobom odpowiedzialnym za ochronę danych osobowych, dostosowany także do aktualnych potrzeb rynku pracy.
Główny nacisk studiów położono na praktykę – liczne ćwiczenia, studium przypadku, praca w grupach – pomagającą efektywniej przyswoić wiedzę teoretyczną i zastosować ją w praktyce. Uczestnicy, oprócz świadectwa ukończenia studiów podyplomowych, otrzymają także zaświadczenie inspektora ochrony danych osobowych. Agencja Rozwoju Pomorza organizuje szkolenia z zakresu danych osobowych już od 2 lat. Od jednodniowych szkoleń cały czas rozwija swoją propozycję programową, zbierając od uczestników uwagi i analizując problemy z jakimi spotykają się w praktyce. Studia podyplomowe to efekt finalny. Łączenie doświadczeń biznesowych i naukowych da uczestnikom wiedzę z szerokim spojrzeniem na temat oraz gotowość do realizacji konkretnych zadań związanych z RODO.
