Jajecznica na boczku – tradycyjną kaszubską potrawą wielkanocną
Nie babka, nie szynka, nie żurek ale jajecznica na boczku jest tradycyjną kaszubską potrawą wielkanocną. Na dyngus potrzebne są gałązki jałowca.
Jajka na świąteczny tradycyjnie barwimy na kolor żółty, czerwony, brązowy. Jak wiemy lanie wody w poniedziałek nie jest kaszubską tradycja. – U nas smaga się nogi dziewcząt jałowcem – przypominają Barbara Kąkol dyrektor Muzeum Kaszubskiego w Kartuzach i Zyta Górna, prezes Stowarzyszenia kobiet Zgorzałego. Zachował się też zwyczaj smagania nóg gałązkami brzozy. Natomiast zwyczaj święcenia pokarmów jest na Kaszubach obecny od XX wieku.
