III Flotylla Okrętów MW obchodzi 45 rocznicę utworzenia
Trzecia Flotylla Okrętów Marynarki Wojennej obchodzi 45 rocznicę utworzenia. Z tej okazji w najbliższy piątek, 11 marca, w porcie wojennym w Gdyni odbędzie się Dzień Otwartych Koszar.
W czwartek, 10 marca, obchody 45-lecia rozpocznie uroczysta Msza Święta w Kościele Garnizonowym w Gdyni Oksywiu. 0 18:00, w sali widowiskowej klubu 3. Flotylli Okrętów „Grom” dla rodzin kadry i pracowników wojska. występował będzie Centralny Zespół Artystyczny Wojska Polskiego, – zwiedzanie okrętu rakietowego ORP „Grom”.
W piątek marynarze zapraszają wszystkich chętnych na okręty wojenne. Zwiedzać będzie można między innymi korwetę zwalczania okrętów podwodnych ORP „Kaszub” oraz okręt ratowniczy ORP „Lech”. Nie obędzie się bez wypieku wojskowego chleba i poczęstunku wojskową grochówką.
Ponad 3 tysiące marynarzy służących w 3. Flotylli Okrętów stacjonuje w największej w Polsce bazie morskiej w Gdyni oraz w jednostkach na półwyspie helskim, w Siemirowicach oraz w Ustce.
