Historyczną inscenizację odegrano podczas Dnia Kapra w Pucku
Puck obroniony – kaprom udało się odeprzeć atak Duńczyków. Inscenizacja bitwy ze Skandynawami była główną atrakcją sobotniego Dnia Kapra.
Mimo kapryśnej pogody ponad pół tysiąca widzów oglądało starcie na Zielonej Plaży. Później przy szantach i specjałach kaszubskiej kuchni – wśród których królowały plince – podziwiano umundurowanie i wyposażenie rekonstruktorów. Padały też pytania o historyczne związki miasta z piractwem. – Błędne, bo kaprowie i piraci to dwie różne sprawy – tłumaczy burmistrz Pucka Hanna Pruchniewska. Owacyjne powitanie kapitana Jerzego Radomskiego po 32 latach rejsu wokół kuli ziemskiej otworzyło zabawę w Pucku. Flotę kaperską w Pucku powołał król Zygmunt II August w 1568 roku.
