„Historiô Kaszëbów” pierwsza z pięciu części Vademecum Kaszubskie już dostępna dla czytelników. Bogato ilustrowaną i pisaną przystępnym językiem książkę autorstwa profesora Józefa Borzyszkowskiego wczoraj promowano w Karsinie.
– To popularno – naukowe wydanie kierowane głównie do nauczycieli i studentów, choć sięgnąć powinien po nią każdy Kaszuba – mówi autor książki profesor Józef Borzyszkowski.
Vademecum to z definicji zbiór podstawowych informacji z danej dziedziny, najczęściej o charakterze praktycznym. Taki charakter ma „Historiô Kaszëbów”, w której opisano nasze dzieje od czasów średniowiecza po koniec lat 80. – W cyklu Kaszubskiego Vademecum w kolejnych latach mają się ukazać opracowania popularno – naukowe dotyczące języka kaszubskiego, literatury, ruchu społecznego oraz kultury ludowej – mówi dyrektor wydawnictwa Zrzeszenia Kaszubsko – Pomorskiego Anna Dunst. W książce znajdziemy wiele zdjęć, map i skanów, a także wyeksponowane kalendarium kaszubskie. W tym roku ma ukazać się druga część Vademecum dotycząca języka kaszubskiego. Środki na wydanie cyklu pochodzą między innymi z dotacji z Ministerstwa Administracji i Cyfryzacji.
