To będzie amerykańska wojna o niepodległość na Kaszubach. Jutro w Węsiorach w gminie Sulęczyno odbędzie się inscenizacja bitwy pod Princeton z 1777 roku.
– W ten sposób chcemy przyjrzeć się historii Ameryki – mówi pomysłodawca Krzysztof Kucharski.
Podczas tej potyczki amerykańscy koloniści pod wodzą Jerzego Washingtona wywalczyli sobie niezależność od korony brytyjskiej. O oprawę zadbają rekonstruktorzy ze Stowarzyszenia Garnizon Gdańsk oraz członkowie Konfederacji Tomahawki i Muszkiety. Zaprezentują 18-wieczne techniki walk oraz musztrę, broń i mundury. Ekscytujące powinny być gry wojenne na ulicach Węsior. Początek inscenizacji o godzinie 11.00 na terenie Grodu Gotów. Impreza w Węsiorach potrwa do wieczora. Organizatorzy przewidzieli ognisko i spotkanie z widzami. Wstęp jest wolny.
