Grożą mu nawet dwa lata więzienia za kierowanie bez uprawnień
Kierował bez uprawnień – grozi mu nawet dwa lata więzienia. Mowa o kierowcy zatrzymanego wczoraj w Pucku do kontroli.
Policjanci zatrzymali kierującego oplem. Po sprawdzeniu jego danych w systemie wyszło na jaw, że mężczyzna nie miał uprawnień do kierowania – zostały mu one mu cofnięte przez uprawniony organ.Mundurowi uniemożliwili 48-latkowi dalszą jazdę. Zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami popełnił przestępstwo zagrożone karą pozbawienia wolności do lat dwóch.
