W 2015 roku zaplanowano dochody na poziomie prawie 87 milionów a wydatki na kwotę ponad 83 milionów. Nadwyżka budżetowa ma być przeznaczona na spłatę kredytów i innych zobowiązań. Rada gminy planuje między innymi budowę kanalizacji w Sławutówku, ścieżki rowerowej z Gnieżdżewa do Swarzewa, chodnika wzdłuż ul. Puckiej i Łąkowej w Żelistrzewie a także termomodernizację szkół mówi wójt Tadeusz Puszkarczuk. To budżet rozwojowy, na inwestycje przeznaczymy 9 mln zł.
