Gmina Kościerzyna ma problem z wybudowaniem ścieżek rowerowych
Gminie Kościerzyna już po raz trzeci nie udało się rozstrzygnąć przetargu na zaprojektowanie i wybudowanie ścieżek rowerowych. Niektóre oferty prawie dwukrotnie przewyższały planowane koszty inwestycji. Chodzi o budowę blisko 15 km ciągów pieszo – rowerowych do kościerskiego dworca ze Skorzewa, Dobrogoszcza, Małego Podlesia i Wielkiego Klincza.
– Zwróciliśmy się do Urzędu Marszałkowskiego o zmianę tego systemu – mówi Grzegorz Świtała, zastępca wójta gminy Kościerzyna.
Dotychczas przetargi na ich wykonanie ogłaszano w tzw. systemie „zaprojektuj i wybuduj”, który obejmował przygotowanie dokumentacji i wykonanie ścieżek. Po uzyskaniu decyzji Urzędu Marszałkowskiego, władze gminy Kościerzyna planują ogłoszenie dwóch osobnych przetargów – jednego na zaprojektowanie, drugiego na wybudowanie ścieżek. Zapewniają przy tym, że nie będzie opóźnień. Ścieżki pieszo-rowerowe w gminie Kościerzyna muszą być gotowe do czerwca przyszłego roku.
