Gmina Kartuzy ma szansę na 45 mln zł wsparcia na oczyszczenie jezior
Możliwe że za pięć lat będzie się można bezpiecznie kąpać w kartuskich jeziorach. Na ich oczyszczenie gmina Kartuzy ma otrzymać ogromne dofinansowanie.
Są tam już pewni sukcesu. W grę wchodzi nawet 45 mln zł wsparcia. Projekt jest w fazie oceny formalnej, według informacji uzyskanych przez gminny samorząd ma ogromne szanse na realizację. Radni zgodzili się już na zaciągnięcie kredytu na wkład własny tej inwestycji. Na usunięcie zanieczyszczeń z jezior potrzeba w sumie 54 mln zł.
– Brudy trzeba odessać z dna, bo inne próby poprawy jakości wody nie dały pożądanych efektów – mówi zastępca burmistrza Kartuz Sylwia Biankowska.
W trosce o jakość wody w kartuskich jeziorach trzeba beż zmodernizować oczyszczalnię ścieków. Teraz w Kartuzach prowadzone są prace, które mają zapobiegać spływowi zanieczyszczeń do akwenów. Powstaje kanalizacja burzowa, zbiorniki retencyjne i separatory, oddzielające kanalizację deszczową od sanitarnej.
